SDM Productions International Ltd joins the Quindell Portfolio Group
As the state of the economy begins to improve so does business at creative Print, Marketing and Web Design company, SDM Productions International Ltd as it joins forces with mobile communications specialist, Fonetrader Ltd, global telecommunications company, SMI Technologies and the Quindell Group Ltd, best known locally for its Leisure, Dining, Spa, Golf and Country Club based at Skylark Meadows in Whitely. The acquisition between the four local companies enables them to combine business expertise gained in differing industries, to deliver a variety of quality products and services to their customers at highly competitive prices.
From their head office in Wickham, Hampshire, SDM Productions now operates under the Quindell portfolio of companies which also includes businesses within the Mobile Phone, Telecommunication, Financial, Property and Recruitment industries. This company merger presents SDM with an opportunity to be a part of a financially robust, rapidly expanding brand that is associated with experience, quality and value. SDM bring a team of professionally trained Graphic Designers, Marketers and Sales Executives to the group, who are experts in their field and Chief Executive Officer, Stuart Mundy now sits on the Board of Directors, who collectively offer extensive public company and stock market experience. It is because of this amalgamation of knowledge and expertise that Quindell Limited has announced further plans to list on the UK AIM stock exchange as a first step towards its eventual goal of a full FTSE or NASDAQ listing. The target date for the UK AIM listing is during the first half of 2010.
